This place always avoiding from giving a customers a replacement battery even under warranty this is my second time with the same problem. I have bought all my batteries at this place and every time my battery goes bad they try to blame it to my vehicle. Don’t purchase any batteries at these stores go to Costco are half price and whenever any problem with the batteries no questions ask they will exchange it. I had to wait one week for exchange at battery plus because they didn’t wanted exchange it

I purchased two batteries with warranty they went when I went back to the store for a warranty swap Wilmer(the racist manager) charged $5.99 to recharge each he informed me he won’t do the warranty swap I’ll have to spend another $1000 to buy new ones
