One of the worst best buy customer service in the cell phone dept, 3 young lady's behind the counter never once address me if i needed anything. I literally stood at the counter to ask them about an unlocked phone. One of the girls was busy talking about a date with a guy later tonight. The 3rd girl girl just staring around not once ask me and my wife if we needed assistance, finally i ask her if she could help me. This all happen on 8/31 around 7pm. I end up buying a cell phone and laptop.

I visited to see if i could get an item. It wasn't in stock at the branch i visited. So i viewed the new screens. As an award winning professional photographer, these screens attached have been part of my bucket list of new hardware i wish to purchase in upcoming months. These prices came with a hard drive as well. The service was great. I don't live in Florida, but I have been visiting for the past 30 years, and this branch has consistently provided exceptional customer service and a wide range of items from the inception of this branch opening. Workers come and go however Best Buy continues to uphold its brand thru the workers who chose this branch as their workplace and the customers from the community who continue to shop there.

The employees at Best Buy in Kendall lakes are truly exceptional. From their warm greetings to their willingness to go above and beyond to assist customers, every interaction I've had with them has been nothing short of excellent. Their professionalism, knowledge, patience and genuine friendliness make shopping here a pleasure. Whether it's answering questions, or providing recommendations. I wanted to highlight a manager named Juan for giving me outstanding customer service and his great problem-solving skills. I had an issue with a recently bought TV, and he did not hesitate to solve the problem. He went above and beyond. I recommend this store to anyone and everyone.

I don't know who the lady was in the cell phone department with dreds that I met today but she was awesome! Made me buy way more than I expected! She was very knowledgeable and had personal experiences with everything I needed.
