I also wanted to thank Erwin, the manager of the store for all the recent help. When Erwin was first being introduced to me by one of the employees, I could see how comfortable and happy the employees were with Erwin. It's hard to find a good leader, one who actually cares, is passionate about what they do, and creates an environment for his team to learn and succeed.

Carla Velasquez-Deulofeu2 StarUsually don’t have an issue when coming to this Best Buy with my husband and the people at the main checkout are wonderful. That being said, it’s the first time I’ve come on my own trying to purchase a very basic gaming set up and possibly update my home office. I’m in the market for 3 monitors and a new laptop - but getting someone in the computer dept was more than a mission. I felt like I was very much dismissed and never asked if I needed help. When I went to the counter to get a price check and ask if someone could help me, was basically told no one can help while employees were on their phones, no doubt price checking items, but still felt very dismissive.
I used to work at Best Buy in that same department. I’m someone who’s very tech savvy and had questions that can’t be asked based on the app or the limited store displays, but I feel as though assumptions were made and as a result I left. The reason people come to the stores is for the communicative experience beyond what the website can offer - but I can get the same if not better customer service from Amazon so that’s what I intend to do. Only thing I purchased was a controller that I found myself and the main checkout staff was super nice. After this I’m considering cancelling the membership I purchased earlier this year. I hope the focus on customer experience improves.Saturday 14th September 2024
LIMITLESS PRODUCTION SERVICES2 StarI experienced poor customer service during my two visits to purchase equipment. The first time, I waited about 23 minutes for assistance in an empty store with over 10 employees present but not helping. After making my purchase, I had to wait for someone on break to accompany me to my car and retrieve the cart I used for the TVs. After waiting seven minutes, I decided to leave with the TVs, at which point several employees confronted me and tried to stop me from exiting. I expressed my frustration with their inaction.
Today, I returned to buy a camera. Despite there being five employees near the camera section, I waited another 15 minutes to make my purchase. This was extremely disappointing, and I will not return to this store. Best Buy should ensure all employees are adequately trained in customer service and product knowledge.Saturday 12th October 2024
