Best Buy seems to have switched to inept customer service outsourced to another third world country for cheap labor. Our delivery date was pushed back by over a week and could not get a store employee on the phone to correct this issue. Will be spending my money at another store for appliances going forward. Geek Squad - Helena. This team is awesome! worth every dollar to become a member. Everytime I have an issue with my computer I'm able to bring to these guys , Helena, Zoe and more... they are always able to fix the problem! They are very polite, listen and can run through the issue in a speedy way! Great service!

i went to this best buy to exchange my mac hook for a new one and the service was HORRIBLE. First of all we were waiting at the apple department of the store for like 20 minutes and nobody was coming to help us until someone came and he was the only one there and then we went to the customer service line to do the exchange and waited another 10 minutes for someone to help us because NOBODY there knew what to do except for this guy called chris and he was being super rude and unhelpful he took my macbook and said it was POOR quality which is BS because it had tiny scratches on the bottom. Anyways when we confronted him about it he was being extremely unhelpful again and said the tiny scratches made the laptop bad quality (im gna insert pics of the scratches in question) and he was being unhelpful and gave a bad attitude throughout the entire interaction literally the worst service. We went to a second location and they told me the macbook was in great condition and i was able to exchange it with no problem so i have no idea why it was such a problem at this location. Im going ti insert pictures of my macbook that was supposedly “poor quality”.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your Best Buy store located at 7751 Bird Rd, Miami FL 33155. I visited with the intention of purchasing ceiling speakers of Sonance brand, model MAG6R. Upon entering the home theater section, I noticed six boxes of these speakers with a promotional sign indicating a price of $169.99. I chose to buy three pairs at the advertised price. However, when I proceeded to the cashier to make the purchase, I was informed that the actual price was $699.99. I requested to speak with a manager, and manager Melanie Molina, in a rude and unpleasant manner, insisted it was a pricing error and refused to sell me the speakers at the advertised price. Unfortunately, I did not receive an apology for the price discrepancy or for the unprofessional behavior displayed by the manager. Subsequently, the manager left the situation without offering any solution or further assistance. This experience has been profoundly disappointing and unsettling as I perceive this as misleading advertising on your establishment’s part. The lack of rectification or apology from the staff, especially manager Melanie Molina, not only affected my trust as a customer but also leaves a negative impression of your customer service. I hope that this matter can be appropriately addressed, and some measures can be taken to rectify this unfortunate experience. Sincerely, Victor Dorante

The only big box electronic store since TigerDirect and Circuit City went out of business. Convenient for looking at big LCD TVs before buying. They also offer a price match if you see one cheaper online
