After a hot summer with unbelievably high electric bills, I decided i wanted to get solar panels put on my roof. I did a good amount of research and went with cutler bay solar solutions because they had a good reputation and track record. They still managed to exceed my expectations in every way. From pricing to permitting and to the actual install, everything went very smoothly. Rey Garciga was very knowledgeable and answered my many questions about the process. At all times of the day. Another week has gone by with absolutely no work or contact by CBSS on my project. They originally installed my panels 4 years ago. Since I had to re-roof my house, I called them to remove and replace the array after I got the new roof installed. Since they took down the panels, they've been very difficult to work with to get them installed back on my roof. Honestly, I don't even think they want to do this job. I've called and emailed many times and have gotten no response. I've had to resort to writing a poor review about their company to get them to respond to me. Pathetic. It's been almost 4 months since they got the permit, and all they did was come one time to take all the panels down. Now they are just sitting on the side of my house doing nothing.

We could not be happier with everyone we had contact with at Cutler Bay Solar. Rey, our sales person, was very clear and patient with our endless questions. The installers were competent and efficient, and they too answered all our questions. The job itself is very professional even to my very fussy husband who inspected every inch of it. Our neighbors used this company also and referred them to us because they were happy with them also.We would recommend them to anybody.
