Excellent store, excellent prices. The staff is always kind, will greet you upon entering, and are always willing to help out. The supervisor of the store, Mac, is absolutely AMAZING…and one of the friendliest people on earth. I can certainly understand why he’s a supervisor. Overall, definitely more cost-effective than Home Depot. The only reason for the four stars is the parking, which is extremely limited.

I've been shopping at HF for years. The Kendall store is always very clean, organized, and well stocked. The management is on point. Mack and Jesus are great assets to HF. Very knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. Stephanie is very sharp,helpful, and a genuinely kind person who's always a pleasure to see.

Harbor Freight has a wide selection of very low priced items of similar quality. This location has some very nice friendly staff members unfortunately it is terminally understand. Today there was one register open in the gentleman at the front of the line was having all manner of trouble and was unable to complete his transaction is the line got longer and longer and longer until it almost hit the back of the store. Finally another gentleman came and opened a second register.

Bought Icon tool box combo spend over 4 k. Was lied about the delivery date. When Ryder delivery services came to my house, they will not leave the items where they were supposed to go. I called icon and I was informed that I had to pay that myself and get somebody to move it for me. Terrible Company to buy from will never buy again.
