Buy a General Electric washing machine, I do not recommend it. Everything has been a problem because it doesn't wash well, it doesn't dry well, the detergent and softener don't go down. The technician has been to check it 4 times and they have not solved the problem. This situation is horrible. such an expensive product that doesn't work, we went to Lowes and they said that G Electric is lying and when we called G Electric they said that Lowes is lying, in short, they blame each other and don't resolve the situation. It is a lack of respect.

I have been waiting 30 min for a member to get a product but they never appear. The guy at customer service call by megaphone 3 time. I left without what I want 30 items in the store and all of them in the top of rack. I felt so ignored. I'm going to the competition they have the same price and people willing to help. This is surreal.

Luis Manrique in flooring was so incredibly helpful helping finalize our flooring needs. He was knowledgeable about the products. He asked questions about the project to ensure it all made sense. He was able to help beat the price of competitors like Home Depot and Floor and Decor. We would absolutely visit him again if we needed.

Elsie has a really bad customer service we were trying to move a couple of cabinets and we were in the cashier to pay and she may ask to move to another place and that was really difficult with zero customer service. I think she’s not a good fit for that type of job -0 for her be careful You can love customer Because of her!! I was complaining and she didn’t saying anything. Luis was great helping me. And everybody else was nice, I’m really disappointed because Home Depot has a great customer service and I was thinking the same for Lowe’s, but I change my mind

Christian in the Pick-Up area was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Everyone else was 5/5 as well. The store is clean, in order, and in general I now prefer it over Home Depot.. Also, if you have kids, there's a project for them once per month on a Saturday.
