Nina1 StarBad experience , so unprofessional, no knowledge, no proper communication amongst each other . I had the worst year dealing with them . Back and forth to fix problems but not successful. They make an appointment to come , on the day of they call with so many excuses and all lies . The last thing is they came to fix supposedly 2 panels are not working te h came in after 3 hours delays and had no clue and on top of it they have removed the panels so many times and when they install them the last time they install them in the wrong order. I have nothing to say except they don’t know what the hell they are doing . I’m so over them and hope that anyone thinking to get sun power just back up , they don’t k ow what they are doing . I called an attorney just to confirm my story my lawyer said that I’m not the only one that complained about Sunpower . They are mot honest and not professional and the salesman that is supposed to do the math for how many panels I need for my house did terrible because they are not producing what it should be .
