The staff at homedepot in Pinecrest Florida were eager and knowledgeable. They made me feel welcome and supported in everyway. Even better, they helped me find tools that made my project much easier! I am no longer intimidated to buy, measure, or cut sheet rock! I definitely recommend this store to anyone. REDICULOUS, CHECKOUT GIRLS DON'T KNOW ENGLISH. CAN'T COMMUNICATE. TELL THEM CONTRACTOR/TAX EXEMPT THEY JUST STARE AT YOU. TWICE NOW I HAD TO GO BEHIND THE COUNTER 'MYSELF' TO TYPE UNIVERSITY. TWICE! The Dixie Highway Home Depot is close to my home, so it is the Store of my choice simply because it's close. However, of all of the Home Depots near my area, I prefer to shop here because the Employees recognize me, greet me, every time I'm there, and are always quick to assist me in any way that they can. This Home Depot is large and carries inventory. An elderly man (employee) in the electrical department was exceptionally helpful, explaining how things could be assembled for my project. He represents the original Home Depot mindset of anticipating customer needs and making their project successful.

I recently visited the Home Depot store in Pinecrest to gather supplies for a home renovation project. As a first-time homeowner tackling a major remodel, I was both excited and a bit overwhelmed by the task ahead. My overall experience at Home Depot was positive and largely alleviated my concerns. The store's layout is intuitive, making it easy to find the various departments. From lumber and tools to paint and plumbing supplies, everything was logically arranged. The wide aisles and clear signage made navigation straightforward, and I appreciated the ample lighting, which made it easy to read labels and compare products. Customer service at this location was exceptional. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an associate who offered assistance immediately. I explained the scope of my project, and she directed me to the right sections, providing helpful suggestions on the best products to use. When I needed additional help, other employees were readily available and willing to assist. The expertise of the staff was a major highlight. In the power tools section, an associate named John was particularly helpful. He took the time to explain the differences between several models of drills and saws, ensuring I chose the right tools for my needs. His insights into the pros and cons of each option were invaluable and helped me make confident choices. The checkout process was smooth and efficient. Multiple registers were open, and the lines moved quickly. The cashier was friendly and handled my transaction promptly. I also noticed several self-checkout stations for smaller purchases, which is a nice touch for those in a hurry. I opted for delivery for some of the larger items, like drywall and lumber. The delivery was punctual, and the items arrived in perfect condition. The delivery team was professional and careful when unloading the materials. Additionally, I used their installation services for a new kitchen sink, and the technician did an outstanding job. He was punctual, worked efficiently, and left the workspace clean. One minor issue was the limited availability of staff in the garden section. It took a bit longer than expected to find someone to help me with my plant selections. However, once assistance was available, the service was excellent and the associate was very knowledgeable about plant care and selection. Overall, my experience at Home Depot was highly satisfactory. The well-stocked store, helpful and knowledgeable staff, and efficient services made my home renovation project much more manageable. I will certainly return to Home Depot for future projects and would recommend it to anyone looking for reliable home improvement supplies and services.

If you own a house, Home Depot becomes part of your life. Want it or not, you cannot avoid shopping there at least sometimes. I have to admit that I go there way too often. I'll give it 4 stars just because I cannot find there everything I need. But it's right across the road from, like a good neighbor.

Neighborhood Home Depot. Have been coming here for years and the service is always second to none. The store manager Asia was just a gem to me allowing me to sneak in just after closing to swap out a couple propane tanks. This is what putting the customer first is all about.
