Not happy with the check out process. Are customers going to get a discount for checking ourselves out? Hope you really read this and install cashiers back, because at least for me I will only visit Home Depots with cashiers.

My experience at Home Depot recently has been nothing short of frustrating. The curbside pickup service is the worst I have ever encountered. I have been left waiting for over 45 minutes on several occasions, especially if I am close to 6 PM. The employees who handle curbside pickup often hide and do not fulfill their duties. This behavior is particularly prevalent around that time of day, making it even more frustrating. It is disheartening to arrive expecting your order only to be left waiting with no resolution in sight. Overall, the curbside pickup service at this particular Home Depot is nothing short of a disaster. The lack of professionalism and efficiency is disappointing, considering the reputation of the company. I urge management to address these issues and ensure that customers receive a timely and satisfactory experience.

I recently had a terrible experience renting a water trash pump from Home Depot at Cutler Ridge store 0207.The employee recommended the wrong hose, resulting in a full day wasted on a project. When we returned the pump, they had to call Henry, the manager, who tried to charge us for 2 hours of use, even though the mistake was entirely on their end. We had to escalate the situation just to get some fairness. The customer service was abysmal, and I will think twice before renting from Home Depot again. They clearly need better training and management.

On July 11, 2024 at 8:30 pm, I went to pick up some tilrs and the person driving the forklift hit the car light of my truck, we thought that it wasnt anything bad but within these last few days water has gone in my light and the store manager last night told me to contact Micheal Rivera and he wont answer. I am tired of calling and they always tell me they will leave him a message on my end and he never contacts me back. I don’t recommend this store.

It's a store where no one attends to you, everyone telling stories, laughing. No one tells you what you want to know, no one knows anything about anything, they are lost in time, but to tell each other if they are good, the customers have to work hard to find things now. They have called several times for someone to come and serve me and I have been standing in the same place for more than 20 minutes. They watch you from afar and leave when you signal. It is the store that is in Cutler Bay. Their workers are terrible. I do not recommend buying here. in this store
