Gary came by and gave me an estimate. Seemed very confident in his ability to replace the rollers on my doors. Started working on one door and seemed like a very difficult job. Not sure if it was my doors that are 16 years old or if he took on a job that was too challenging for him to do on his own. He replaced two of the rollers on one of my doors, but in the end the alignment of the slider was off resulting in squeaking and open area that air and water could easily pass thru. Over all the door ended up In worse shape than when he started. After working on other door we decided it would be best for him to stop. Gary is very nice and honestly gave him the job as we are both Jewish over a competitor. In they end you get what you pay for and going with another company to fix the problems that are now worse than when I started. I struggled to leave this review, but in the end I know I’m sharing the truth about the situation. Every door repair is different. This one might not been the right job for this company. Shop for contractors wisely.

They are A1! Removed my old burglar bars and gate to instill the new windows and doors. A day later they sent a cement worker who patched all the holes with brand new cement. Very clean installs
